(Psalm 139: 1-5 KJV) “O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me. Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought a far off. Thou compasses my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me.”
These words are strongly speaking to my mind and heart with what I have experienced this past week. I am one of seven million people whose personal information was stolen in a data breach three weeks ago. I have spent the entire week changing all my accounts, and the word, “rest,” was not a word I recognized throughout the week. Despite this horrendous necessity, I know that the Lord sees and hears me and that the Lord has my path planned out for me. I will praise Him and thank Him for all that He has done for me. I know that my Redeemer liveth!
