Love one another because love is from God. When we love, we are born in God. Whomever does not love, does not know God. God’s love is shown to us by God sending His only Son into the world so that we may live through Him. He sent Christ to sacrifice for our sins; because He loves us, we should love one another. By loving one another, God lives in us, and His love is made new in us. Because God gave us His Spirit, we abide in Him and He in us. God abides in those who confess that Jesus is the Son of God, and they abide in God. We know and believe the love that God has for us. Because we love God and He loves us, we must love all our brothers and sisters. We are their keepers! If we cannot love them, we deny our belief that we love God.
