Christ lives!  Let all the world sing!

The cross is empty.  Let praises be heard in every home.

Death will never survive the power of love.

Christ lives!  He is not bound to the pain of the whip.

He bore the cross so that all may be blessed with abundant life.

He saves and heals even today in every place and time.

With every affliction and war, color, contempt, and wealth cannot divide us.

Christ suffers with us and loves us even more.

He lives where hope has died and fear strangles the mind.

Young and old, men and women, feel His Spirit.

They hear His call and journey on their way with peace of mind.

The life and truth of Jesus Christ freed us all.

Christ lives!  He brings the good news to every place and time.

All creatures of the earth, sky, and ocean shall make joyful noises!

Justice, peace, and love shall conquer all fears.

Open your hearts and raise your voices, O Jerusalem!

The tomb is empty, and He sits at the right hand of His Father.

May the God of Jacob and the Son of God be with us, now and forever more!
