We are poor in spirit, Lord, and we look to Your Heavenly kingdom.

We ask Your comfort for those who are mourning family and friends.

As Your older children, we ask that our young will inherit a beautiful earth.

May those who hunger and thirst for righteousness be filled with the Holy Spirit.

Grant mercy to all medical personnel, public responders, and essential workers whose love saves.

May all whose hearts are pure see God’s loving face.

May all God’s children be peacemakers so war will no longer exist.

Grant entrance into Your kingdom to all who know persecution for beliefs or station in life.

We ask that all evils and vile comments be erased from Your creation so all will come to know You.

We ask for courage, patience, and perseverance to see this pandemic through.

Walk with us as we follow medical protocols and see Your light at the end of this pandemic.

May we rejoice and be glad in Your love, grace, and peace, knowing only You can make our lives whole again.
